Actually, I can gain weight but I'll have to eat alot. I've tried doing weights but I can't really build big muscles.

The thing was that before I could feel movements in my stomach which felt like a worm crawling, so I went to the chemist and bought Combatrin which had medabendazole as the active ingredient. After taking it, I started to feel it in my thighs and knees. My guess is that, whatever it is, it's migrated to my legs. There was nothing which looked unusual in stools after taking the medication either.

From pics ive seen, pinworms dont have the brown pointy things at either end of the worm, what about trichinella (pork worms)?
