Started black walnut, then vomiting

Hi,
My 5 year old daughter has parasite problems. We know she has strongoloides and another parasite they were unable to identify, via stool testing. She also has Lyme disease and likely coinfections.
We started her on prescription albendazole 2 weeks ago, just one dose daily for 3 days, to treat the strongoloides. Then are to repeat this about 1 week from now.
The past few days she's been having a lot of unusual symptoms - excessive kissing, licking things, unusual behaviour and I'm thinking it is related to parasites. Yesterday I decided to start Black-Walnut , just for a few days. She got 2 doses yesterday then in the night she began vomiting. It was very unusual in that it was very "sandy", as it she had literally ingested sand and was vomiting it up.
Any thoughts on this? Is this "sand" some parasites coming up? Anyone else experience this?
