You mentioned Hulda Clark 's Blue Zapper? Surely not her's.
While it has some interesting aspects, I am not impressed with the Rife Ultimate. They are not clear on their warranty or return policy and anyone who makes a claim of increased power based on the adapter rating is grasping at things to list as a benefit. Anything over 200 mw output is excessive and 4500 is ridiculous. I suspect that this shows a lack of understanding.
The crystal control aspect is good though. If done right, the accuracy can be much better.
The wrist and ankle bands are a serious negative from my experience because if there is sufficient conductivity, then burns and irritation will result. Usually, the bands just are not as effective.
