Re: Classroom mold, how long until I feel better?

See an allergist Doctor. Ask them about Cholestyramine. Cholestyramine bonds to mold fungi in the human body. Then I assume it gets passed out of your body via human waste.

IN regards to a HEPA air filter. I own a Rabbit Air BioGS SPA-582A. This thing works GREAT! I have tested it with a particle counter which reads particles as small as .5µm. I put it in a room. Particle counts went from 500's down to 100's in 15 min. Here is the Air Quality scale on my particle counter.

3000+= Very Poor
1050-3000= Poor
300-1050= Fair
150-300= Good
75-150= Very Good
0-75 = Excellent

This device is awesome for finding problem areas in a home.

I hope you start to feel better soon! FYI, if you really want to find out what is going on in that classroom, you really need to have an AIR SAMPLE done which will measure mold spores /m3 and will identify all molds found. Mold spores indoors should be under 500/m3. If you find Stachybotrys which should be 0 in my oppinion, then you need to find out where this one is coming from!!
