reading the newsletter now, it is great, thank you!
I'm male 6'1" currently stable at 150lbs i.e. TOO THIN.
Previously I was 170lbs+ on cooked diet, but changed over to fruit diet + internal cleansing because of internal/external fungus issue and feeling rotten.
Although the fungus issue is slowly getting resolved, the weight dropped and has stayed stable at 150lbs on the fruit diet, no matter how much I eat.
However, I am a little confused.
In the newsletter you recommend no raw food/fruit for the TOO THIN.
I KNOW if I go onto cooked foods the "fat" will stack on, as I would like to be back at 170+, but I would like to do it on a fruitarian diet.
So should I actually be doing that and firming up the organs more as you say in the newsletter rather than trying to do this with the fruit diet?
