I did a Genova stool test, which showed +2 for geotrichum, which is toward the lower end of the pathogenic scale from what I can tell. I also had a sputum test come back positive for geotrichum through a regular lab. Otherwise things looked good on the stool test--plenty of good bacteria, nothing else negative on it. But I've been having lots of trouble with breathing/bronchitis/sinus issues, so they think it overgrew when I was on 6 weeks of vancomycin by IV for a MRSA infection (vehicle accident) over a year ago.
