Wow! I've never had a staph infection before! It's a good thing I started hitting it with the tea tree oil as soon as I noticed it.

I thougt about H2O2 but I wasn't sure what strength to use.

Anyway, I kept hitting it with the tea tree oil, CS, and Manuka honey for three or four more days and it pretty much scrabbed up and went away.

So what would have happened had I done nothing?

Often it will clear up on its own if the immune system kicks back up.  Staph is a normal part of the body but does not give us issues normally unless our immune systems get knocked down.  If the immune system does not kick back in then the rash could have gotten worse, but is usually more irritating than dangerous.
