Hi Hally, may I ask for more details please? What other probiotics do you take? Where do you order them? Iherb is a great site for medicine stuff :).

Do you drink/eat yougurt, lassi, kefir daily,or only couple of times/twice/once a week? How much does it all rougly cost you?
