I have Candida..... (NEW)

Hello
I am new to this website and candida is also new to me.
However it seems I have had it for about 10 years.

1. Where do I start?
There is so much info out there, I dont know whats true and whats not.

2. Why dont doctors recognize candida?
I hear people say its a made up thing and its not true...why do they say this.

3. What should I avoid besides sugar?
