Can you please recommend products for hair, body and skin care which are paraben and other harsh chemicals free? I am looking for cosmetics too!!! Can you please confirm Aubrey organics is good?
I have heard that not all of Aubrey's products are free from parabens. But a friend of mine really likes Avalon Organics, which is supposed to be paraben free.
As I am trying to gain weight do you recommend any other oils other than Flaxseed and fish oil? Can I drink a tablespoon of olive oil or avocado oil?
Yes, either oil is good and provides health benefits.
