Hi James,Can you please recommend products for hair, body and skin care which are paraben and other harsh chemicals free? I am looking for cosmetics too!!! Can you please confirm Aubrey organics is good?
As I am trying to gain weight do you recommend any other oils other than Flaxseed and fish oil? Can I drink a tablespoon of olive oil or avocado oil?

I use a body lotion that is awesome, all natural ingredients. You can add an essential oil if you want a fragrance as well, the woman makes her products by hand.

It's the best body lotion I have ever used, everyone that used it loves it.

She makes things for the bath, body and hair products but I haven't tried any of them other than the lotion.
I use the cocoa butter lotion, for me, that's the best one.

I have heard that not all of Aubrey's products are free from parabens. But a friend of mine really likes Avalon Organics, which is supposed to be paraben free.

Yes, either oil is good and provides health benefits.
