Tapeworms and disturbing discharge

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has every experienced nipple discharged while killing tapeworms/other parasites? It first showed up last April with my first round of albenza - creepy green bit of something sticking out, pain upon picking at it (my apologies I realize how digusting this is). Have seen the same thing again off and on while taking parastroy and now humaworm, athough this time it's white instead of green, always shows up after I shower. I have a young daughter and so have experienced normal discharge and lactation before and this is surely not it! Not to mention I'm not pregnant or breasfeeding as she is four years old now. The stuff that tries to come out is formed, not liquid, and just now I kind of messed with it and my whole breast turned red.
I'm used to all kinds of creepy stuff as I've been dealing with worms for a while but this is just beyond disturbing. Any thoughts? Maybe I should put coconut oil on it to possibly kill what might be hiding in my milk ducts?
