Colloidal Silver and oregano oil are both natural Antibiotics . Colloidal Silver costs pennies if you make it yourself (after the outlay of getting silver wire and batteries--or buying a cs generator). If the folliculitis is the result of a staph infection, then the Colloidal Silver or oregano oil will clear it up. You take the colloidal silver and oregano oil internally. I buy the Nature's Answer oregano oil and put it in capsules for easy dosing. I used this brand of oregano oil successfully to rid my dog of her recurring c. difficile infection. She had it for 4 years. C. Difficile is notoriously resistant to conventional treatment.

Since the your scalp is painful, I would not recommend the oregano oil topically at first (unless you're really determined), but if you get a CS generator and make your own, you will have more than enough to drink and apply to your scalp. If you had the folliculitis on your neck or chest, I'd recommend getting some Green Clay (I use Aztec Secret), hydrating it with some water and mix some oregano oil in with it and applying it to the sores. The clay will draw out the infection and the oregano oil will help to add heat to pull out the infection too. I've used this for cellulitis to draw out the infection.

If it's not an infection but rather your liver unable to detox properly, (or a combination of both), then some kind of liver support would be helpful. NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine), glutathionine will help some. But you may need to do Liver Flushes and even coffee enemas.

Doing parasite cleansing will probably help a lot too. You may have to do more than one round. Humaworm forum has a storefront that takes you to their website so you can order their parasite cleanse formula. They advise you take breaks between cleanses though. It is amazing what the myriad symptoms parasites can cause. And they are so easy to pick up. My daughter and I got them from caring for some rescued feral kittens. I had symptoms of indigestion and she developed hypoglycemia suddenly. We both did parasite cleanses (I used Paragone) and her hypoglycemia went away and so did my indigestion. parasites create a lot of toxins (mainly ammonia) and can compromise one's immune system and liver functioning. So it is not in the realm of impossibility that parasites may be contributing to your problem.

Finally, you may be very sensitive to chlorine and fluoride. Getting a shower filter might be helpful too. Bathing with a cupful of Borax (the laundry booster) can help neutralize the fluoride if you can't find a shower filter that filters out fluoride. Get a boron supplement to take (tri-boron) and take at least 12mg. daily. This will help pull out the fluoride from your body. A carbon filter will help pull out the chlorine from your water.
