Don't forget the Extra-Virgin Coconut oil!! It sounds like she is degrading. If she were my mom, I'd be trying to get a couple of tablespoons of coconut oil in 2-3 times a day. It goes in soup really easily. I've put it in smoothies too. Since she probably isn't eating a lot, can you try to mix a tablespoon in a bit of pudding or applesauce to make sure she's getting the full dose?
