I've read some of the messages about Blastocystis on the Parasites: Protozoa forum where there are several people with this problem. It seems that Blastocyctis is one of the organisms that grows in a biofilm in the tissues and the biofilm protects then from both treatment with drugs or herbs. There are some enzyme mixtures that can attack the biofilm exposing the organisms to treatment. Tweet
