What else to try?


Hello there.
I am a new member, but I lurked before already. I have had pinworms and blastocystis for over a year, lost 15 kgs, had strong belly pains and no gp found the reason until I made a gene test. I took the tripple nuclear approach against the blastos, but now I still fight against the pinworms, and so does my bf, who had nearly no symptoms before he took some mebendazole.
So far I eat no starch, sugars or honey, mostly meat, eggs and veggies, lots of garlic and pumpkin seeds, no milk, but yoghurt (self made, lf free) I also eat tons of pineapple, drink pomegranate juice from aserbaidjan (I add diatoms to it), eat carrots, figs, some almonds, kiwifruit, onions, oil of oregano daily, pawpaw with seeds, and lost of curry, coconut milk and cream and coconut oil. I also add linseeds and psyllium to my breakfast.
I have one round of Verm-ez behind me, three weekends of combatrin, two of mebendazole, and I am just about to finish my first full week of 200 mg mebendazole daily. My bf had a huge die-off last weekend, but I am still having troubles. no itching, just bloating, nausea, and pain.
I know that they are still there, since I have the biggest problems when I eat raw garlic.
I threw up after I tried 300mg mebendazole, so I am reluctant to increase the dose. (maybe I still do that the next round?)
a friend from germany will bring some pyrvinium embonate over, and I found a shop that sells ivermectin for horses. I know where to get albenza online, too.
I also use one garlic as a suspensory every night, alongside with garlic and clove vaseline, wash my hands, change beddings etc.
Do you guys have any idea what else I can try, or what the next step should be? I havent had a piece of bread in a year, not to mention any sweets or whatever. I just want to be rid of the pain in my belly. (I had every other possible test done, the PCR/DNA stool test was the only thing with a positive diagnose)

As I said, I can get everything, but I dont want to do all at the same time or mess up things etc. I also have kombucha, but I dont drink it atm. And how long until the pain subsides enough to be able to eat normally? I need my weight back, 42 kgs is unhealthy.
