Well, you can continue with the "known ways" to deal with it that have cost me 3 years, thousands of dollars without any great result. This is revolutionary and true. If you don't need it, ignore the post. But, if you have taken Antibiotics as I did, there will be a moment where you will cry for a fecal transplant. I have spent a fortune in probiotics, prebiotics, cultured food, kefir, etc without any result. Just my ignorance !!
