Faster appetite control when experiencing "the munchies" (fake hunger) from gut imbalance/ parasite issues: eat a bit of raw garlic, wash down with water. Wait a few minutes to judge effect, if "munchies" (that fake feeling of hunger that is not real) is still a problem, take another bit of raw garlic. don't do too much at once though, or you'll get nauseus, of course.
The poster's suggestion to do a fast is not always doable for people, such as those people with adrenal problems who cannot fast.
Raw garlic has at times really helped me with the fake appetite problem, staving off more junk food.
