I have an almost identical problem to you. I have not found a 100% cure yet--HOWEVER, I have found something that has given me 80-90% improvement.

You need to buy a nebulizer--this is the one I have:

You need to also buy a nasal fitting (or mask) so that the mist goes up your nose.

Finally, get some Colloidal Silver . I like Sovereign Silver brand.

Put the silver in the nebulizer, and use it as much as you want. I have found that the more I use it, the better my sinuses are.

Also, as others have mentioned, neti pots and sinus rinses are good as well. I will say though that the nebulizer has been by far the best thing I've used yet. I am also going to start putting drops of silver into my neti pot water and sinus irrigator and hope that works as well. Tweet
