Can you use a netti pot at all, or is it too congested? You should be using a netti at least once a day with Sea Salt as preventive cleansing for your sinuses. I also have gray stuff that comes out of my nose but I think it's all the smog here.
The colloidal is a good idea and I swear I think I've seen it packaged in a nasal spray mist bottle...
