Re: Far Infrared Sauna?

Just back from my 3rd infrared sauna (or the detox box) and am enjoying it. My skin feels so smooth and yes it is a good chance to relax. Some good news is they have put their price down from $30 to $15 a session, which is fantastic! Hopefully am sweating out the crap from Mirena that's still in my system.

The last two days I have actuallly been smiling and feeling a bit brighter, and last night I slept a straight 7 hours without waking up......amazing for me! Still slight pain on left side of back near shoulder blade and shooting down side, and neck and back stiffness a bit better too but don't want to get my hopes up yet....fingers crossed. Still sinus is yuck but that seems to be normal :)

This crash (the 4 month one) has been going for 7 weeks so I hope this is it I really do......
