I have to agree with you. I tried to go to a Far Infra Red Sauna twice a month for about three months early in recovery. I loved the experience. It was so nice to relax and feel pampered, and I decided to go with my Mom every time, which made it a nice girl's day out. The greatest benefit I can report from the Sauna is that it gave me time to relax and took my mind off my symptoms, which was of inestimable value at the time. It was also kind of expensive for me, which is why I didn't continue, but compared to all of the supplements that didn't work and frustrating doctor's appointments, it was actually less expensive and much more effective in making me feel better :) (The same can be reported of hot yoga) And it certainly can't HURT anything. Hang in there! I am 2.5 years post and feeling very close to normal again.
