A co-worker of mine, who elected NOT to get the FREE Flu vaccine provided by our employer got sick.

She was sick for two days and went to the doctor (who confirmed that it was not the flu) as she had flu-like symptoms.

When she came back to work, they had commented to her that she wouldn't have gotten sick if she had gotten the flu shot..and caused us to be 'short handed' with her absence.. Tweet
