So the early bloating is "normal?" Well here I am day 4 of my 14 day water fast, and the bloat has gone down, as expected. Thanks y'all. Now, answer me this -- is it normal to have muscle pain? I am having it big time in my thighs and legs and that has never happened to me before.
Also, when I break this fast after 2 weeks, is natural juices the way to go for a few days? Like 100% Apple Juice? I ask b/c I have never fasted this long before. It has been really easy, too. THANK YOU GOD!
