While I understand your concerns with thinking "die-off" effects, I am sorry to say it is just your "thinking"; you are not a doctor nor are people on this forum who often rush to give people advice and suggestions about Liver Flush this and that....

If you think you have parasites, go see a qualified and reliable doctor who knows parasitology well; a doctor who can do on the site testing and determine what you may have, sometimes based on their experiences of seeing patients with particular kinds of symptoms that match with yours and can treat you with proper medications; do not try to self-diagnose yourself and think you can treat whatever you have with herbs; and "think" they are die-off symptoms;

If you have a parasite, specially protozoa, it is an infection, and that is why you are not feeling well; you cannot get rid of an infection by taking herbs.
Go see a qualified parasite expert, who will listen to you and is curious.

I would most definitely avoid Dr. John Asher at jetti Katz; since he treats every and everything with Metronidazole; He really is far behind, and simply in the buisness of making money; and will even tell you parasites are what you have in your head;

there are very very good parasite experts arund though; but you have to find them; it will take money and time of course.
