I agree with nyckid about looking into heavy metal toxicity. I suggest the possibility that your mother may have a metals problem too. The reason I suspect that is because of your autistic brother. It's controversial but there are many who believe that there is a link between metals and autism. You and your brother may have received a heavy dose of metals through the placenta while you were still in the womb (or from mother's milk afterward if you were breast fed). There may be other sources which you have been exposed to as well. I don't know if you have silver fillings, but they would be a likely suspect for mercury toxicity.
