Re: Klebsiella, candida, starch and simple sugars?

I am a nutrition student and I can tell you that we are all biochemically different, and that has been proven. No one diet fits all. We have similar genes, but we it has been proven that we all require different levels of different nutrients.
That is why RDA's (recommended daily allownaces) are not used by nutritionists. They are a good guideline for the general public but do not take into account individual difference. A study was done on 92 individuals. They were given the same diet over a period and had their blood levels of beta carotene measured. All were very different, but very consistent, proving the need for individual difference.

Also, if you want to set a rough guideline for requirements that people can try to follow, 65% complex carbs, 20% fat and 15% protein is ideal (the latest figures). But of course these are just rough generalised guidelines.

Out of the fat, 7% should be polyusaturated (3.5% ALA and 3.%% LA) 7& monounsaturated and 6% saturated.
