I just took a lil ACV an a lil turkey. instantly itchy and not feeling well.

edit: judging by my scared panicked reaction to symptoms I'm going to chalk some of this up to anxiety/benzo. also scared of my own voice and out of body experience and cold feet. gotta be benzo as well. possibly the charcoal/if2 even though only used occasionally
