Ok this is just weird now
I tried to chalk this up to benzos. This can't be though. Ever since introducing kefir(i think that's when it started) i've been getting the extreme itching/insomnia constantly with all the foods I used to eat.
I can't eat my almond butter anymore which was a good source of fat for me. I've lost 10 lbs in the past month.
I'm trying to narrow down the cause of itchiness/insomnia. Figure out what triggers it, an what cures it.
Causes - Black strap molasses, superfood, almond butter, peanut butter, ezekial sprouted grains, cashews, brown rice, eggs.
Cures - Sweating/
Epsom Salt bath. IF2/charcoal.
If I eat something i'm not supposed to and I get itchy, I will not be able to sleep, they go hand n hand. I will get itchy 5 minutes after eating a trigger food. Though I'm still narrowing down the time frame. I get headaches too from kefir or antifungals. I've stopped for a while, took 1/2 cup today.
But if i can't sleep I just take some IF2 and ten minutes later i'm able to sleep so it takes out the toxins.
I've read itchiness can be nutrients assimilating back into the body, possibly the kefir gave me the proper bacteria to make this happen. Also I can't take BSM anymore, when I take it now I have EXTREME horrible painful cravings in my chest 6-8 hours later.
Eating foods that aren't on the candida diet don't produce this result. All that does is cause me to jerk in my sleep an scream, an other minor symptoms. The bsm causes athelets foot to flare up and more.
Any ideas?
I was going to go through my post history. I know the first case of itching EVER was about 5 years ago it used to happen after a night of drinking, but it was intermittent. I just took an
Epsom Salt bath to draw out some toxins, bad idea almost passed out when I stood up, adrenals need work. The second case of itching was after the first time I took probiotics. It has never been this peristent though. I've never not been able to eat almond butter or rice. Almond butter used to help me sleep, now it does the opposite. Can't eat cashews anymore. I have no source of fat anymore. Gonna try avocados again.
Are fats stimulating bile to reabsorb toxins into my body?
