Major concern about Bob Becks zapping?

I have been reading about Bob Becks zapping technology and have one major concern. The zapping works by damaging the glycoproteins and glcolipid antigens on 'any cell' that floats past the area being electrified. Surely this would also include healthy antigens, blood group antigens, leukocyte antigens?
If so, this would severely knock your immune system, and I am thinking that people may start to feel unwell due to this, when they think it is just 'die off' symptoms?

Chris Hyslop from 'commercial science' said that it does damage your erythrocytes. They are renewed every 120 days though, but, surely this would have a negative effect on your body? Tweet
