Re: Die-off/healing crisis or bad cold?

I get exactly the same thing happening. It's when I am going through die-off from the antifungals that my cold symptoms worsen. Acetaldehyde weakens the immune system, so I believe that this is a cause of fluctuating symptoms, and if you have bad candida or are treating it and regularly going through die-off your immune system may not get the chance to completely beat the cold. One of my yeast symptoms, looking back, was having a 6-month cold every winter!
So, there's not much you can do about this, because ultimately this process of yeast eradication should also leave your immune system stronger than ever.
But to minimise the acetaldehyde try things like molybdenum, pantethine, perhaps suntheanine might help too, according to Thorne Research.
Your fluctuating symptoms are not something you need to worry about too much though.
