Lol! Sorry, didn't mean to insinuate that you were trying to convert me. On the contrary, I am always happy to look at research and ideas that I have not come across before. Personally, I am very open-minded about my opinions regarding health and nutrition. None of us know everything and there is always more to learn. At the same time I am usually somewhat skeptical about what I read and hear and I believe that listening to our body is our main instrument to sound health and wellness. I guess the point I was making in my last message is that there are so many people proposing the 'perfect' diet that will bring health to everyone. The only problem is there are probably thousands of diet gurus each proposing a different diet and each claiming that their diet is the 'best' for obtaining optimal health. Well, they can't ALL be right that is my point.
