Anynoe know how to combat hypoglycemia & still lose weight?

Hello - I am currently on 30 mg. of hydrocortisone & have come a long, long way in improved adrenal function. It's as Dr. Lam (who apparently no longer visits his forum) said, slowly but surely I did get better & better.

I think attacking (unsuspected) candida and giving up gluten helped enormously.

I no longer have problems sleeping at night or getting up in the morning. I can work all day long. Pretty much. Except for one problem.

Hypoglycemia. As long as I eat what I feel is too much then I feel great and function well mentally & emotionally! If I try to diet - I want to loose about 10-20 pounds, then I start to have weakness in my legs, and fatigue and want....to eat! And eat!

I have been having a lot of nonfat non flavored whey, dried liver, eggs, 2% fat milk (all organic as much as possible), dried & fresh fruits & lots of sprouts of all kinds plus butter & coconut oil.

I do not drink coffee or tea or have soft drinks or any kind of refined foods or added Sugar or fructose, or additives of any kind.

I have tried to avoid grains because they lead to weight gain so often, but....maybe I should have some brown rice? I can't have wheat due to an allergy to it. I avoid soy like the plague, being hypothyroid. (Just one supolement with soy in it will make me feel like I didn't take my Armour thyroid.)

As they suggest, I do have a snack often, really about every 2 hours. But it seems I just still kind of "crash" after awhile & want to eat to feel better.

Thanks for any advice on how to combat the hypoglycemia & still lose weight.
