Guys, don't assume everyone needs HCL! I thought i needed it to and started taking it. 1 cap, 2, 3,4,5,6,7,........did nothing, and felt no warmth!!!!!!! I finally got tested (Heidleberg test) showing I had to much stomach acid!! HCL was the last thing I needed to take. Symtoms are very confusing. I never even had heartburn! So, don't assume.
I now just a digestive enzyme, Digest Gold, or the Vitamin shoppe brand making extra sure none of them have HCL in them.
