Candida cells are microscopic. In some cases, candida colonies and their metabolites can be seen without a microscopy. There isn't any proof that mucus in stool be candida. There was a forum member (who posted in this forum in the past) that worked for a large hospital. He passed a lot of those white mucus when he took antifungals. Then, he took samples to the hospital lab to look for candida. They couldn't find it according to him.
