You are most definately an accusor by the dictionaray definition of the word.

Legal dictionary definitions often are very different from the dictionary word definitions that make up the English language. In other words, legal terms can become language unto itself, a foreign language.

Why do you need to resort to a foreign language to justify yourself?

Are you an attorney, or do you just play one on the Internet?

You are an accusor, the very thing you try desprately not to be...Sad.
