Re: Desperate and need help... (liver/gallbladder)
It sounds like you're emotionally constipated. I highly recommend a course called "emotional genius" by Karla McLaren to help you get a better understanding of the importance of feeling your emotions.
Your emotions are fundamentally related to your physical digestion. The liver and gallbladder hold onto anger. Are you the type to stuff your anger down? Were you taught as a kid that anger was bad? Do you see yourself as a "nice" person and do you see anger as "not nice"? Have you ever been emotionally or physically violated in your life?
It also sounds like you may be dehydrated. Try adding another
quart of water a day, drinking between meals. And try chewing your food at least 50 times per bite. This will help digestion. And eat GINGER!
Anxiety is electrical energy in your body and a sure sign of backed up emotions. It is not necessarily an emotion per se but rather the feeling of your body being overrun by dissonant and electrical energies and an inability of your system to process your emotions. I highly recommend GINGER, excercise, hot cold shower therapy, and giving up media and television. And FEEL your emotions! Cry for god's sake! Crying is not bad, weak, or shameful: it's beautiful and healing.
As for your liver flushing, god bless
Dr. Schulze and his evangelical passion for healing, but I found his 5 day
Liver Flush to be ineffective. The key to a successful
Liver Flush is in the PREPARATION! Try this: for 1 week, omit all fats from your diet. Drink at least a pint of applce juice per day for a week. Eat lots of raw garlic, cooked onions, and ginger. Stay away from cold liquids. Take a stonebreaker or chanca piedra for the week. On the night of the flush, try drinking ginger tea before your flush potion and chew your drink down, don't chug it. Really make sure your body KNOWS how much bile it has to release. If you do the
Epsom Salts properly and stay hydrated, you should have a successful flush.
Remember, with regards to emotions, it's "good" to feel "bad" so long as you ACTIVELY FEEL IT instead of sweeping it under the table until you are forced to feel it, and understand why you are feeling that way and what your emotions are FOR!!! They are for you to become a whole and healed person once again.
Many blessings
