Antibiotic but
Iodine releases toxins too so just exploring other options.<<
Keep in mind that biofilms are also created by beneficial microorganisms too.
>>thanks so can calcium supplements do<<
Some pectins like Pamona's package a calcium powder in with the pectin to use as an activator... it is mixed in water.
>>and by lyme water you mean lime juice inwater?<<
By lime water I mean - pickling lime (calcium hydroxide) in distilled water to make *lime water*.
I am not real big on supplements... though I see a useful medical purpose and preventive need for them in many cases. Quality and form matters though... and it takes hundreds of hours of research to sort just some of that out to even a rudimentary understanding.
For instance... the reason oral *D* supplements are generally not worth the money is because the D needs to be transformed into an activated form - a sulfated form.
Blood levels may go up with oral supplementation... but is the *D* in your blood being used for better, or making things worse?
Like calcium blood levels being adequate does not mean the calcium is bing used beneficially either... as D will move calcium into the blood and K will shuttle it out for beneficial uses where it is needed - among other things.
Most people are sulfur deficient... I would bet the sulfur in an
Epsom Salts bath does as much or more for health as the Magnesium does. Why would anyone pay super premium prices for the magnesium chloride powder or the so called Magnesium Oil?
If you absolutely require more magnesium, fine, the halogen acts as a carrier for the magnesium and delivers more bang for the buck... however, once mag levels are okay... why use it anymore? Eat your greens and take
Epsom Salt Baths once or twice a week for maintenance.
BTW - if you are sulfur deficient, you definitively have metabolic protein deficiencies/imbalances and issues too.
