I've done 2 tinctures and both were cloudy. I did kava and echinacea. Cloudy with a little sediment at bottom of bottle. I'm sure this is fine but it bugged me LOL. So I poured it through an unbleached coffee filter and it was crystal clear. It takes forever though. I don't know if the coffee filter is advisable but it was unbleached.
