Re: Supplements slowly helping

Try Blue Stilton cheese. I figured this moldy cheese would stimulate my immune system and I was pleasantly surprised to find it works. I experienced an immediate die off. My rash is no longer active but my skin is slow to heal and does not appear to be clearing up at all.

Anyway, I think Blue Stilton cheese works because it contains the saprotrophic fungus Penicillium roqueforti. It either stimulates the immune system's anti-fungal defenses or it contains toxins that kill other types of fungus.

Blue Stilton cheese is expensive and rarely a part of anyone's diet so I don't think anyone has ever tried it before as a home remedy for Seborrhoeic Dermatitis.

Let me know if it works for you because I want to confirm that this an effective home remedy.
