I Water Fasted for over 4 days

Yes, you heard right. I've had several false starts in the past, but I was at the end of my rope this time, and had to fast. I've just gone through a severe Health Crisis, and couldn't have eaten anything if you had paid me.
I feel good about this...going 4 days and 5 hours on Water, but mostly Dry, as any water ran right through me. I got a partial Healing. I'm not quite ready for a 'Fast until Completion'.
I'll try for a longer one next time.
