Re: do not get the therapy!

Hello there, well I would like to respond to your concern. I have a hyperthyroid and I have 2 children which I was on PTU for. My internalist suggested the radioiodine treatment as well but told me not to do so until I was finished having my family! this is not smart of your dr to want to do at this point in time, you can treat the thyroid with PTU just fine. just a little tip though, don't take the medicine with juice or anything but water cause it tastes like pennies in your mouth.
