Aging early

Hello everyone,

This is the first message I post here. I'm a young male 26 years, but the last 2 years I developed symptoms that show something is wrong inside my body. It started with my hair.

Hairs: 95% brown, 5% grey , slowly getting more grey

Nails: Vertical ridges formed on al fingernails, at the moment nails gradually lose shine

Eyes: Dark circles getting worse and strange skin texture under eyes , see link:





Skin face: rough skin forehead

Last two months also low libido and minor lower back pain.

I have a diet low in sugar, eat about 3 fruits a day. In evenings cooked vegetables. I'm also tested for allergy with a bloodtest, this was negative. I hope some of you could help me to go in the right direction. Tweet
