Re: Nothing seems to be helping for Penile Yeast Infection
The fact that yogurt helped "somewhat" is a clue as far as what you need to do to cure the yeast problem.
But first, you need to stop eating all
Sugar products including soda drinks and chewing gum, cut out all starches including potatoes, rice, and pasta. Remove all carbohydrates and wheat products such as cereals, pies, cakes and breads, and don't eat any fruit or fruit juice.
Eat only green vegetables lightly steamed of eaten raw such as salads.
Drink only pure water and lemon water for liquids.
Instead of using regular
table salt which probably contains unnatural
additives and/or Dextrose, purchase natural Himalayan
Sea Salt .
Eat only green vegetables lightly steamed or eaten raw such as in salads. You can also eat avocados as this is a food for the beneficial bacteria in the intestines which will be a huge necessity in healing the infestation.
For protein, concentrate on organic eggs cooked anyway you want them. Stop eating red meat and pork all together. You can eat baked or broiled fish and chicken without breading two or three times a week, but make the eggs your main source of protein.
Once you have the diet established, purchase either the grains or a starter kit for making kefir. You should also purchase a good high strain and high count probiotic such as MegaFlora made by MegaFoods.
You can also make and eat bread while on the diet.

Idea: Cut a slice of the bread and brush it with olive oil then sprinkle with mixed herbs such as oregano,
