Nothing seems to be helping for Penile Yeast Infection

Hi,
About a year ago I noticed some whiteness on my penis under the glans. It was rather small and insignificant so I didn't really do anything about it. However, later on it spread rapidly. I went to the doctor and he said I had a yeast infection and told me to take some monistat and it should clear up within ten days. I took the monistat and thought it was improving but I guess it stopped working. I've constantly put anti-fungal creams down there but none have seemed to help. Besides the white discharge there is also redness on top of penis around the external urethral orifice which sometimes burns. So I went to another doctor last week and he prescribed me 7 150 mg diflucan pills and told me to take one every 2 days. However, I have not noticed any improvement at all. So now I know what I have, Balanitis caused by yeast infection. However, I have no idea what to do from this point on, none of the treatments have been effective. I know at some point I'll probably need to get circumcised if nothing works. Are there any treatments beyond the diflucan and anti-fungals? I've tried yogurt and it has helped somewhat. I plan on going to a dermatologist but I just wish there was something I could do about it now.
