That makes sense. I was thinking that's how it should be but didn't want to trust my own instincts b4 ordering. In fact a local farmer gave me some ginkgo leaves this summer and I dried them in a dehydrater and saw how easy those were to crush. I suspect though that they weren't done at the proper time. I read a little about ginkgo leaves and found out they all fall off a tree on the same day. I bet that's when they should be harvested.

Anyway, I called PB today and they now have some dried ones in. I made sure they were organic AND from this country.
