Sota makes a number of products including BBBE units. They are not the only produces of the BBE though. Units range in price just like zappers do.
It is certainly worth a try using one as it definitely will kill microbes in the blood. Perhaps that is what Silentindigo is experiencing?
The BBBE is a very low frequency zapper, about 4 Hz, that outputs a higher voltage ( 27 to 36 volts normally ), and the electrodes are placed over the arteries / veins so that the electrical current is passed through the blood to purify it.
