stomach bloat and pain

hello recently ive had harsh lower stomach pains and the docs just said it was bladder infection and gave me Antibiotics which i refused to take i just did the cranberry pills.. two weeks later my whole stomach is bloated i look pregnant and it hurts..ive looked online and my symptoms look like stomach cancer.. can i get rid of it with the parasite cleanse? anyone have any suggestions what i should do? thanks so much!!
