WF progress and symptoms

Ok, so this is my first post... :) I am currently on a Water Fast and today is day 4. I'd like to post my progress and get feedback?
(I would love to fast for 30 days but I'll just see how my body copes, day by day. I have done WFs before, but this will be my first very long one)

Day 1: Lots of energy, feeling normal if not a little hungry. Stomach feels empty and grumbles a lot.

Day 2: Woke up with quite a bad headache and a little pain coming from behind my right eye (?). Knowing that this was probably just toxins being released or something, I carried on throughout the day and drank lots of water.
Got a good night's sleep. Oh, and all day my tummy grumbled SO much.

Day 3: Despite good night's sleep (12 hours) still felt tired (yawned non-stop) but overall much better than I did on Day 2.
Psychological hunger was unreal. Watching friends eat at lunch was so tempting and gosh the food smelt delicious!! (is it normal that my sense of smell seems keener??). At night, my fingers went all tingly but only for a while.

Day 4: Woke up and really didn't want to get out of bed. It was so comfy and my body just wanted to continue to rest. Anyway, once I got going everything was fine but felt a little nauseous in the morning. I feel as if my heart rate has dropped a bit and have to say that time has seemed to slow down over the past few days.

One other thing: every night I have had vivid dreams. Also, food has been in each and every one of them (well the ones I can remember). Haha, however, even in my dreams I refuse to eat.

Fasting, so far, seems to be agreeing with me.

For users who are more experienced in fasting -what are your thoughts? Are my symptoms as expected? What would you recommend?

Thanks everyone.
