I've never had sinus infections before, but this year because of overgrowth I developed severe allergic reactions to perfumes which would mess me up totally for a week at a time.

Have you also tried using the little netti pot with Sea Salt ? This has been a life saver for me, and now I use it every morning to prevent infections as it washes the sinuses clean.

Not sure if this would also be helpful for a fungal infection in the sinuses but thought I would mention - oh you can get at any drug store for $10.
